Global address list is not updating
This morning I was asked to update the Global Address List and Offline Address Book in an Exchange environment.You could wait for Exchange to do it automatically (the default schedule is once a day) but what when you want to force the update to take place right now? The Microsoft Exchange default is for this to update at 5 AM each morning.In addition, if you are using Microsoft Outlook 2010 in cached mode it may be storing an out-of-date copy of the GAL. The GAL appears to be complete otherwise, but newly-created users do not appear. During the logging I performed a manual update of the Black Berry Manager profile's Address Book.
Outlook clients on other machines do have a complete GAL including all newly-created users.
